Everyone is most concerned about "product quality and safety issues" when buying things; passing ISO22716 indicates that the European team supports it; passing FDA indicates that the American team supports it. What if there are three? Basically the whole world supports it. If you don’t have one, think about it again!
ISO 22716 Cosmetics-Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP-Guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practices) is to provide guidelines for cosmetics manufacturing, control, storage and transportation, and distributors. It regulates the quality management of cosmetics that consumers care about, and emphasizes products. Traceability and clarification of related responsibilities in the process of reproduction and distribution.
This standard was issued by the International Standards Organization (ISO) in November 2007. Starting from July 11, 2013, ISO 22716:2007 will be the only GMP standard that can comply with EU cosmetics regulations.
